World AIDS Day is dedicated to a specific theme each year. This year, the theme will be "The Role of Communities".
Today, World AIDS Day remains relevant, reminding us that raising awareness about HIV infection, and eradicating stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV, remains critically important.
