An auction will be held on June 10 at the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee
The Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee will hold an auction on June 10, 2022, at 3:00 PM, in the building of the district executive committee, located at 13 Chuklaya St., Beshenkovichi (small hall), Vitebsk region, for the right to harvest wild animals not classified as hunting or fishing objects (grape snails) in the Beshenkovichi district, with a commercial stock of 11,821 kg and a maximum permissible withdrawal volume of 8,866 kg.
The initial price of the auction item is 20 basic units.
Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs wishing to participate in the auction must deposit a security amount of 10 basic units. The security amount must be deposited into account BY18AKBB36003110030040000000 at JSC "ASB Belarusbank", bank code AKBBBY2X, beneficiary - Main Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus for Vitebsk Region, UNP 300594330, payment code - 4005.
In addition, the participant who wins the auction must reimburse the costs of organizing and conducting the auction within 5 days from the date of signing the auction protocol. The amount of costs and the procedure for transfer are communicated to the participants before the start of the auction.
An application must be submitted to participate in the auction.
The following documents must be attached to the application:
a copy of the payment order, receipt, or other document confirming the deposit of the security amount, certified by the bank;
a power of attorney for the representative of the auction participant and a copy of the document confirming their identity, if the application is not signed by the head of the auction participant, or a copy of the document confirming the authority of the head of the auction participant;
a copy of the certificate of state registration of the legal entity (individual entrepreneur).
The application and attached documents for participation in the auction must be submitted by interested parties no later than June 7, 2022.
