The Constitution has always been the embodiment of statehood, citizenship, democratic rights and freedoms of man. It reflects all the experience and achievements of Belarus and defines the strategy for the further development of the country. It is the foundation for building a free, strong and independent state, an expression of the will and interests of the people, a symbol of their unity and cohesion.

The Basic Law of the country has affirmed the rights and freedoms of everyone, equality regardless of nationality, origin, and religion. By adhering to its norms, we ensure the coordinated and effective work of all branches of government, harmony in society, the construction of a competitive economy, and the implementation of an effective social policy aimed at creating favorable conditions for a dignified life for people.

To respect and cherish the national values enshrined in the Constitution, to build a stable, legal, democratic state on their basis, to remember our history, to cherish the laws, to be fair and honest in our thoughts and actions, and to do everything possible together for the well-being of our native land – these are the qualities of a true citizen of our Motherland.
