In execution of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic

of Belarus dated April 5, 2022 No. 208 "On holding the republican subbotnik in 2022" and the Order of the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated April 12, 2022 No. 77r

"On holding the republican subbotnik in 2022":

1. To hold a republican subbotnik on April 16, 2022, in the district on a voluntary basis

at workplaces, or to carry out landscaping, improvement, and proper maintenance of assigned and subordinate facilities, territories of the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi and rural settlements of Beshenkovichi District, historical and cultural values, places of military glory,

graves of soldiers and partisans of the Great Patriotic War.

2. To determine the composition of the working group for the preparation and holding of the republican subbotnik on April 16, 2022, in accordance with the appendix. The working group shall prepare proposals on the work planned for the subbotnik.

3. To heads of organizations:

3.1. to establish working groups for the preparation and conduct

of the republican subbotnik, taking into account the participation of citizens

on a voluntary basis only;

3.2. to ensure the prompt submission by organizations

participants in the republican subbotnik, information on the results of the republican subbotnik held by state statistics bodies.

4. To note that:

funds earned on the day of the republican subbotnik (hereinafter referred to as funds), including at workplaces, in amounts determined voluntarily by employees, including employees whose activities are not related to the production of goods (works), the provision of paid services, are transferred to the account of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as

(District Executive Committee): BY85AKBB36419030002032200000 CBW No. 203 OJSC "ASB "Belarusbank" Minsk, recipient - District Executive Committee, BIC AKBBBY2X, UNP 300145203;

with the participation of non-profit organizations in the republican subbotnik, by decision of the work collectives of these organizations, funds can be transferred in amounts determined voluntarily by the collectives themselves in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus;

deductions by employers from the wages of employees for whom April 16, 2022 is a working day are made with their consent in amounts determined by the employee collectives themselves.
