In our country, December 3 is annually celebrated as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This date on the calendar calls on each of us to pay attention to the problems of people with higher needs, to remind that there are those nearby who need help and care, to note their successes in various fields, - the district leadership's address states. —
Despite their illnesses, these people are distinguished by their determination and prove that it is always possible to maintain the joy of life, its kindness and goodness, to realize their ideas and projects.

Special words of gratitude go to everyone who provides support to people with disabilities and helps solve social and everyday problems. Many of them today hold an active life position, strive to overcome difficulties and live a rich, fulfilling life: they study, work, participate in the activities of public organizations, sports and other events.
