In our country, December 3 is annually celebrated as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This date on the calendar calls on each of us to pay attention to the problems of people with higher needs, to remind us that there are those around who need help and care, and to acknowledge their successes in various fields, - reads the address of the district leadership. — Despite their illnesses, these people are distinguished by their determination and prove that it is always possible to maintain the joy of life, its kindness and goodness, and to realize one's ideas and projects.

Special words of gratitude go to everyone who supports people with disabilities and helps them solve social and everyday problems. Many of them today hold an active life position, strive to overcome difficulties and live a rich, fulfilling life: they study, work, participate in the activities of public organizations, sports, and other events.
