February 8 is observed as the Day of Remembrance of the Young Hero-Anti-Fascist in Belarus

During the Great Patriotic War, everyone who could help in any way to fight the enemy rose to defend the Motherland.

On this day, our country commemorates the Soviet boys and girls who, shoulder to shoulder with adults, defended the freedom of our Motherland during the Great Patriotic War. Marat Kazei, Zina Portnova, Valya Kotik, and many other brave young heroes gave their lives for our present and future.

On February 6, thematic class hours were held in all schools of the district, during which students learned about the heroic deeds of Soviet children and decorated thematic corners. "Unfortunately, the lives of these teenagers were short, but the memory of them lives on in our hearts. Thank you to them for their courage, bravery, and for our freedom!" - shared the students their impressions from the class hours.
