On December 9, regional qualifying rounds for the "Slavianski Bazaar-2023" vocal competitions will be held in Vitebsk.

The qualifying rounds will be held at the State Institution "Center of Culture "Vitebsk" (Vitebsk, Mayakovsky St., 1) at 11:00 AM.

Applications are accepted by e-mail: cabinet35a@mail.ru (State Institution "Vitebsk Regional Center for Folk Art") until November 30, 2022.

Please pay attention to the fulfillment of all the requirements of the instructions, including:

▫️ correctness and accuracy of the application form;

▫️ age limits and dates of birth at the time of the final;

▫️ quality of phonograms with music and, if necessary, backing vocals that do not duplicate the solo voice;

▫️ the participant's performance skill level;

▫️ for the adult category, the second song must be a world hit – a popular, recognizable piece that occupies (occupied) leading positions in global charts.

▫️ compliance with the time limit – 4 minutes.
