95th Anniversary of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus
On June 26, prosecutor's office employees celebrate the 95th anniversary of the formation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus.
The prosecutor's office is entrusted with a challenging task: supervising the precise and uniform execution of regulatory acts. Prosecutors closely monitor compliance with legislation on combating corruption, labor, disposal and protection of property, land and nature, protection of children's rights, crime prevention, as well as legality in criminal, administrative, and civil proceedings.
The importance of the tasks set determines the level of professional and moral-psychological qualities of those who have dedicated themselves to service in the prosecutor's office.
On this festive day, we extend special gratitude to the veterans of the prosecutor's office, and first and foremost to Cheslav Ivanovich Maksimovich, who dedicated over thirty years to the prosecutorial profession as part of the teams of the Glubokoye and Dokshitsy prosecutor's offices, and also at the helm of the Chashniki and Beshenkovichi district prosecutor's offices. He is a true guardian of legality, an example of incorruptibility and justice, earning high authority and deep respect from several generations of prosecutorial employees. Currently, Cheslav Ivanovich is on well-deserved retirement, and the staff of the district prosecutor's office sincerely wishes him and his loved ones many long and happy years in good health, optimism, vigor, and family well-being.
Vasily Ivanovich Masko, a former driver, dedicated over 40 years to service in the prosecutor's office. His diligence, impeccable attitude to work, kindness and responsiveness, and ability to help in difficult times earned him respect and gratitude not only from the prosecutor's office staff but also from everyone who was fortunate enough to know this wonderful person. On the 95th anniversary of the prosecutor's office, we wish Vasily Ivanovich good health, many years of life, peace, prosperity, and abundance for his family.
The current staff of the Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office represents a strong blend of youth and experience.
The most experienced prosecutor's office employee in our team is Deputy Prosecutor Leshenok Elvira Iosifovna, Junior Justice Counselor, who has flawlessly served the law for over two decades. Her main task is to maintain state prosecution. This is a priority area of activity for the prosecutor's office. For Leshenok E.I., there are no simple cases, because behind each of them is a human destiny, someone's grief, a person who has suffered from a crime and is in urgent need of help and support from the state. Her successes in supervisory activities have been repeatedly recognized by commendations from the Prosecutor General and the Prosecutor of the Vitebsk region. Elvira Iosifovna is not only a highly qualified and meticulous lawyer, but first and foremost, she is a charming woman, a wonderful mother, an impeccable wife, and a true keeper of the home. Her inexhaustible optimism, belief in good and justice help to mobilize the team's efforts in difficult moments and achieve high results in strengthening legality and law and order.
This year, the prosecutor's office staff underwent personnel changes: Assistant Prosecutor Larkova Vera Viktorovna, who from the first days of her service, regardless of personal time, selflessly worked in the prosecutor's field, was recognized by the leadership of the Vitebsk region prosecutor's office for diligent performance of her official duties and, from April 10, was transferred to the position of prosecutor of the Department for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime. The staff of the district prosecutor's office expresses its gratitude and deep respect to this young and promising employee, wishing her success in her work, inexhaustible vital energy, self-confidence, a cozy home, and family happiness.
From April 28, Potapenkova Ekaterina Leonidovna was appointed to the position of assistant district prosecutor. Having gained experience in prosecutor's service in other districts of the region, she returned to carry out prosecutor's supervision in her native Beshenkovichi land. In 2014, after graduating from the Law Faculty of Polotsk State University, she joined the prosecutor's office of the Vitebsk region as an assistant prosecutor of the Senno district, where she worked for 2 years, then continued her service as an assistant prosecutor of the Tolochin district. Already in the first days of her new position, Ekaterina Leonidovna made it clear that nothing would escape her young and inquisitive eyes. She quickly delved into the problems of the district. Given her work experience, professional and business qualities, she was entrusted with one of the most responsible areas - supervision over the implementation of legislation by enterprises, institutions, and organizations, including in the field of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of children. Ekaterina Leonidovna perfectly copes with her duties, showing herself to be a competent, energetic, and conscientious employee. We wish her success, professional growth, optimism, and blooming youth, as well as health and longevity to her parents, who raised a wonderful daughter.
Effective supervisory activity of prosecutors is impossible without the people who bear the heavy burden of technical support for the prosecutor's office.
Lyudmila Pavlovna Babenkova has been in charge of the district prosecutor's office chancellery for almost 30 years, her work activity in the prosecutor's office began in 1989. Prompt and high-quality processing of official documents, energy, integrity combined with benevolence, openness, and a kind-hearted attitude towards people are just a few of the qualities that Lyudmila Pavlovna possesses. She is also a wonderful mother, a caring wife, and a grandmother who dotes on her little grandchildren.
Kukhto Svetlana Vasilievna began her career in the prosecutor's office in 1998 as an office cleaner. Svetlana Vasilievna is truly a hard-working person, a loving mother who raised two daughters and helps her grandchildren get on their feet. Thanks to her inexhaustible vital energy, she manages not only to create comfort and cozy conditions in the prosecutor's office premises but also to easily cope with numerous household duties and take care of loved ones.
Malakhov Sergey Anatolyevich has been working as a driver of the district prosecutor's office official car since 2012. He is a professional in his field, his impeccable driving experience spans more than 30 years. Accuracy, integrity, thorough command of the car, and maintaining it in perfect technical condition characterize Sergey Anatolyevich as a specialist with a capital S. He is also an excellent conversationalist, a very wise, friendly, and cheerful person.
