Alexander Subbotin Reviewed the Progress of the Reconstruction of the Vitebsk Hotel, Vitebsk Concert Hall, and Victory Square.
The readiness of the facilities is assessed as high. The concert hall will be one of the first to be completed. The hotel renovation is in its final stages. And at Victory Square, two out of three parts of the fountain are already being finished. The lighting masts will become real art objects. They will be "wrapped" in structures with national symbols, which will be illuminated in the evening. The XI Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia will be met by Vitebsk in all its glory.
