Its goal is to increase the level of fire safety in dormitories and buildings with mass occupancy, as well as to raise the level of life safety culture of the population in terms of ensuring fire safety.

Ministry of Emergency Situations employees will study the state of fire safety in dormitories, inform citizens living in dormitories and facility employees about fire safety requirements, and inform state bodies, other organizations, and local executive and administrative bodies about the state of fire safety in dormitories.

In addition, employees of the district emergency situations department will organize performances in work collectives. During the meetings, rescuers will study the condition of available fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment, conduct tactical special exercises with the involvement of rescue equipment, and conduct training sessions on practicing employees' actions to ensure the safe evacuation of people from the building in case of fire and the procedure for actions in case of fire, the use of primary fire extinguishing means and self-rescue devices.
