President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the law on the ratification of the treaty between Belarus and Russia on the formation of a unified power market of the Union State. This was reported to BelTA by the press service of the head of state.

The international treaty establishes the legal framework for the formation, operation, and development of the unified power market of the Union State, the composition of entities, their rights and obligations, as well as the procedure for interaction between participants in the purchase and sale of electrical energy.
