Beshankovichy. Event with preschoolers!
As part of the "Holidays without Smoke and Fire" campaign, rescuers conducted a preventive event with the pupils of the educational institution "Kindergarten No. 6 of the urban-type settlement Beshenkovichi" on life safety issues.
Employees of the Department for Emergency Situations reminded the children of the rules of safe behavior at home, on the street, during thunderstorms, and explained what to do if an emergency occurs. Together with the rescuers, the children reviewed the emergency service numbers, as well as the information that needs to be provided when calling 101 or 112. The preschoolers also shared their knowledge in the field of safety: they confidently stated that playing with matches is unsafe, and leaving electrical appliances unattended can lead to a fire.
After the preventive event, another surprise awaited the children, prepared by the rescuers – a real fire truck came to visit them! The children got acquainted with the rescuers' tools and learned where and for what they are used.
