Beshankovichy. Safe New Year!

The first stage of the republican campaign "Safe New Year!" is nearing completion across the republic. In Beshenkovichi, the territorial center for social services of the population became the focal point, visited by rescuers.

At the beginning of the meeting, rescuers informed the attendees about the emergency situation in the region and across the republic, emphasizing not only deaths from fires but also from external causes in general. Specific incidents were presented with detailed commentary from an EMERCOM employee, serving as a reason to reflect on the safety of oneself and loved ones. Along with showing thematic videos on basic safety rules to remember when preparing for New Year's celebrations, safety measures related to the use of pyrotechnics and decorating homes with festive attributes were explained.

No less attention was paid to fire safety measures in everyday life. The dangers of using faulty household electrical appliances, measures to prevent fires related to malfunctioning electrical networks and equipment, as well as careless handling of fire were discussed in an accessible manner for everyone.

A pleasant continuation of the meeting was a competition program prepared by the rescuers for the center's visitors. The time spent in communication flew by unnoticed, leaving everyone with positive emotions.
