As part of the third stage of the republican campaign "Don't burn your life away," employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations focused on individuals who abuse alcohol and smoke in residential areas.

During the meeting of the Ulla Council of the Public Law Enforcement Point, the main issues considered were the living conditions of a certain category of citizens in accordance with fire safety rules, and the examination of facts of anti-social behavior of unemployed citizens leading an immoral lifestyle and committing domestic offenses.

The inspector's preventive conversation began with an analysis of cases where fires occurred due to unextinguished cigarettes, and, unfortunately, people died in the fires. The rescuer spoke individually with some of the villagers who abuse alcohol and are therefore at risk of dying in a fire, and strongly suggested they quit smoking in exchange for a sweet candy.

The representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations emphasized to the smokers that their next cigarette could be their last and lead to tragic consequences. The sad statistics and examples of similar fires in their own district serve as proof of this.
