This is because without instilling moral ideals, a sense of love for the Motherland, and a desire for peace in a person, without fostering consciousness and responsibility not only for their own lives but also for the fates of other people and the nation, the full development of the state is impossible.
Today, a meeting took place at fire and rescue unit No. 1 of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations between veteran firefighter Roshchin Yuri Fedorovich and the club of young rescuers and firefighters from School No. 2 of the urban settlement.
From the very first seconds, Yuri Fedorovich completely captured the attention of the children, which is not surprising: over many years of service, a great many stories and life events have accumulated. The photo album also fueled the children's interest, capturing not only the history of an individual but also of an entire unit. The children gladly learned about the history of the creation of the Beshenkovichi unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, noting how difficult it was for firefighters of past years to establish the work of the young unit, and how much the fire and technical equipment has transformed recently. It is worth noting that the young rescuers, who were on duty for 24 hours, also asked Yuri Fedorovich to stay and tell some stories, and to show what had been done in the unit by his own hands.
After the tour of the fire and rescue unit, the children noted that the modern equipment used by the rescuers is very different from what Yuri Fedorovich talked about. The students gladly examined the equipment and, of course, promised to become real rescuers!
