Beshankovichy. Don't burn your life away!

Beshenkovichi rescuers, as part of the republican campaign "Don't Burn Your Life Out," in conjunction with activists of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers and Firefighters (BYPA), conducted preventive measures at the Beshenkovichi bus station and with residents of the dormitory of Beshenkovichi Communal Services.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations spoke about the goals and objectives of the campaign, informed about the fire situation, and cited tragic consequences of an unextinguished cigarette. Unfortunately, examples of such fires have been recorded in the Beshenkovichi district. For instance, in March of the current year, two fires occurred in the territory of the Verkhnekrivinsky rural council, the perpetrators of which went to bed while intoxicated with an unextinguished cigarette, which led to their deaths.
The issue of the necessity of installing autonomous fire alarms and maintaining them in working order was also addressed.
Each participant of the event recalled how to protect themselves and their loved ones from misfortune, and also received thematic visual materials from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
