Beshankovichy. On safety with visitors of a retail facility
As part of the first stage of the republican campaign "Safety Day. Attention Everyone!", employees of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations held a preventive event at the "Galant" store.
What could be simpler than going to the store for groceries? In everyday life, we often act "on autopilot," without thinking about safety and consequences, but our actions are not always safe. For example, how often have you thought about the fact that before entering a large building with a complex layout, you need to study the evacuation plan? Or that during a fire, you need to pay attention to the illuminated signs that indicate the direction of movement to the exit? Rescuers and activists of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers and Firefighters reminded all customers and visitors of the retail facility about this and more during the event. Rescuers noted that knowledge of safety rules can not only protect you from trouble but also help you take the right action if trouble cannot be avoided.
Rescuers also reminded those present about safety in residential premises, using a typical apartment as an example, they talked about the most common mistakes in the arrangement and operation of residential premises, as well as about such an important and useful device as a fire alarm.
Participants of the event received not only important knowledge but also visual aids from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, thanks to which they can refresh their knowledge at any time.
