Beshankovichy. Preventive raids are an effective measure

Due to the increase in fire fatalities in the district, as well as the prevailing weather conditions, rescuers of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted raids on citizens' households throughout the weekend, as well as on the prevention of burning dry vegetation.
Conducting individual instructional and explanatory work remains the most effective method of preventing fires in residential buildings and fatalities therein. Unfortunately, last week, three fires occurred in the district, resulting in the deaths of two men.
In fire prevention efforts, rescuers focused on the households of citizens who had previously come to the attention of law enforcement agencies, were on various registers, as well as on disabled and single citizens.
In residential households, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed about fire safety rules, the observance of which will help to avoid fire emergencies and ensure the fire-safe condition of citizens' dwellings.
Another aspect of safety is the prevention of burning dry vegetation. Spring has arrived, and everyone is trying to tidy up their yards. Rescuers reminded citizens how to do this safely and what to pay attention to when lighting bonfires.
Throughout the weekend, approximately forty households were inspected, and over a hundred people were instructed,
letters have been prepared for interested prevention entities.
