Beshankovichy. Working to prevent disaster

As part of the republican campaign "Don't burn your life away!" employees of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted preventive measures in the work collectives of the education department of the district executive committee and the educational institution "Beshenkovichi District Socio-Pedagogical Center". Rescuers informed those present about the goals and objectives of the ongoing campaign, focusing on one of the main causes of fires – smoking in bed while intoxicated. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations explained how to act in case of fire, reminded about the safe operation of stove heating and electrical equipment in the winter period. During the meeting, the role of the autonomous fire detector in fire prevention, and the need to keep it in working order were also discussed. Employees of the district department for emergency situations spoke about the mobile application "MChS Belarus: Help is nearby" and recommended everyone to install it. At the end of the event, rescuers presented visual aids, which will once again serve as a reminder of the mandatory observance of fire safety rules both at workplaces and at home.
