Beshankovichy. Work with the population continues

The Head of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations, Zhuk Viktor Anatolyevich, met with employees of the Beshenkovichi Unitary Enterprise of Land Reclamation Systems.
During the meeting, Viktor Anatolyevich paid special attention to the current fire-hazardous season. Due to the prevailing weather conditions, the problem of burning dry vegetation is more acute than ever: since the beginning of the year, vegetation has been burned on more than two hectares of land in the Beshenkovichi district alone, which in turn has caused irreparable damage to the environment, and only by a stroke of luck, no citizens were injured. This fact indicates that many people treat potential fires with neglect, and impressive fines, with which rescuers can "reward" arsonists, do not scare them either.
The chief rescuer of the district reminded those present not only about the strict prohibition of burning vegetation but also advised on the correct distance from buildings and structures for properly lighting fires and burning garbage if necessary.
The issue of assisting elderly parents, who due to their advanced age sometimes cannot independently tidy up their adjacent territory, was also not overlooked.
During the meeting, the Head of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminded of the rules for calling rescuers by phone 101 or 112, the algorithm of actions in case of emergencies, and also distributed thematic visual materials of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
