Beshankovichy. On the day of informing about safety on reservoirs.

Winter is a wonderful fairytale time that brings many positive emotions to adults and children. However, at the same time, this time of year requires special attention to one's own safety and the safety of our children.

Today, November 18, the chairman of the district organization of the public association OSVOD, Suleiman Sadykov, addressed the employees of the district emergency department. During the speech, the OSVOD representative reminded the rescuers that the first autumn ice poses a great danger. Ice fishing and children's games near water are the most common causes of accidents that rescuers encounter almost every year. The Western Dvina River, which flows through the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi, is particularly dangerous. Strong currents and unpredictable ice thickness, even in severe winter frosts, pose a great danger.

In conclusion, Suleiman Sadykov expressed confidence that the rescuers will definitely conduct preventive conversations with their children at home and thanked the rescuers for their work aimed at preserving people's lives and health.
