During the holiday period, the risk of fires due to children's pranks with fire significantly increases. In order to prevent such emergencies, child fatalities and injuries, as well as to conduct educational and upbringing work in the field of life safety with the younger generation, the preventive campaign "Holidays without Smoke and Fire" is being held in the Republic.
Today, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited the children from the school health camp in the agro-town of Ostrovno. Rescuers not only reminded the children of the basic rules of safe behavior during the holidays but also tested their agility, speed, and teamwork skills. Of course, the children were delighted with the fire truck that arrived, thanks to which everyone could feel like a real rescuer, and also cool off a bit on a hot summer day.
The children saw them off with smiles and gratitude for the interesting and useful time spent.
