The wood-chopping championship among enterprises and organizations was held in Beshenkovichi

More than 20 teams competed for the title of best lumberjacks.

Andrei Sidorov, a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, took part in the event.

  

   

The team standings are as follows:
1 — Agriculture and Food Department of the Executive Committee.
2 — Beshenkovichi branch of Vitebskavtotrans.
3 — Combined team of the Department of Compulsory Enforcement and the Department of Internal Affairs Security Division.

In the individual standings among women:
1 — Lyudmila Shavel-Beresten (District Council of Deputies).
2 — Olga Ovchinnikova (State Enterprise "PolitotdelAgro").
3 — Marina Kutuzova (Telecommunication section).

In the individual standings among men:
1. Sergey Adamovich (ZAO "ASB-Agro Novator").
2. Alexander Erashov (District Executive Committee).
3. Alexander Kazak (ROVD).

The championship was held under the auspices of the district organization of the RPO "Belaya Rus". The prizes were awarded to the winners by its chairperson, Tatyana Zhdanovich.

While the judges were summing up the results, cultural workers performed for the event participants.

The chopped firewood will be sent to Ostrovno to one of the large families.

And the Beshenkovichi district passed the championship relay to Vitebsk!
