Cleanliness of Our Native Land is in Our Hands

Sanitary and epidemiological service specialists constantly conduct supervisory (control) measures for the sanitary cleaning and improvement of territories of populated areas, enterprises, organizations, and adjacent territories.

Over the elapsed year of 2026, supervisory measures were carried out for the maintenance of 458 facilities and adjacent public lands; violations were identified in 62.0% of the facilities (territories). In order to promptly eliminate the identified violations, 90 informational letters - recommendations for the elimination of violations were issued to the heads of business entities. Based on the facts of identified violations, failure to comply with the issued recommendations and orders within the established timeframe, 7 resolutions were issued on the imposition of administrative penalties in the form of fines.

Interdepartmental working groups for maintaining order on land and improving the territories of populated areas have been created and are functioning in the district, which include specialists from the sanitary and epidemiological service institution. 12 rounds were conducted as part of interdepartmental operational groups, based on the results of which materials were sent to territorial executive authorities, 15 sites of unauthorized waste disposal were identified, and measures were taken to eliminate them.

We call on all residents of the district to take an active part in the events to maintain order in each settlement, held during community clean-up days. The labor of people who care about keeping clean the places where their families, relatives, and loved ones live, deserves respect!

To maintain order, we suggest:

- clean the territories of populated areas, enterprises and organizations from garbage; household plots, dachas, garage cooperatives; store building materials, firewood;

- timely clean drainage ditches passing through and around the household plot;

- bring the fences of private properties, facades of private houses and administrative buildings into an aesthetically pleasing condition;

- maintain stairwells and common areas of apartment buildings, sidewalks, courtyards, parks, and public gardens in cleanliness and order;

- observe the rules for keeping and walking domestic animals.
