The Department of State Labor Inspection warns!

Failure to formalize employment relations is a clear sign of "envelope" wage payments.

Often, the first question for a citizen coming to a new employer for employment is: "What will be my salary?"

The employer may reply: "Let's have you work for a couple of months without formalization, and then we'll come to an agreement."

Unfortunately, by trusting such employers, we deceive ourselves. Do not make this mistake!

By receiving a "grey salary," you risk your work record, the right to paid annual leave, sick pay, and other guarantees, as well as compensation in case of industrial injury.

When taking up employment, the employee and the employer are first obliged to conclude a written employment contract, copies of which must be kept by both the employee and the employer. For violation of the established procedure for hiring, the employer bears administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of up to 20 basic units.

In order to curb the activities of unscrupulous employers, the Department of State Labor Inspectorate is conducting a "hotline." Citizens of the country can report "envelope" wage payments, as well as work performed without proper written documentation. Calls will be accepted on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 8-017-306-41-23.

Do not wait for protection after the fact! Having received multiple refusals from employees to work without formalization and receive "grey salaries," the employer will stop offering work under grey schemes.
