Echo of Memory in Beshenkovichi: Assistant Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District Yegor Chudakov Participated in the Republican Campaign "Candle of Memory"

On June 22, 2025, Yegor Romanovich Chudakov, Assistant Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District, participated in the republican campaign "Candle of Memory," dedicated to the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People. The event, held at the mass grave of soldiers and partisans on Internatsionalnaya Street in Beshenkovichi, gathered representatives of local administration, law enforcement agencies, veterans, youth, and residents of the district, united by sorrow and gratitude to the heroes who fell in the struggle for the freedom and independence of the Motherland.

"The 'Candle of Memory' is not just a tribute to heroes; it is a symbol of our shared responsibility for a peaceful future, for preventing the resurgence of Nazism and fascism," noted Yegor Romanovich Chudakov. "We are obliged to pass on the memory of the war to future generations so that they know the value of peaceful life and cherish it."

The Assistant Prosecutor's participation in the campaign underscores the importance of the prosecutor's office's work in preserving historical memory and protecting the rights and interests of war and genocide victims. The event concluded with the laying of flowers and a minute of silence in memory of the fallen.
