Key Implemented Projects

NPP "Belkotlomash" LLC: completed the project "Reconstruction of an unfinished blanking shop into a cold metal warehouse";
RUP "Vitebskenergo": a modern settlement and cash center was built;
UE "Vitebskvodokanal": 2 iron removal stations were built in Budilovo and Rzhavka settlements;
Reconstruction of Beshenkovichi Children's Art School completed;
Landscaping of the central park in Beshenkovichi urban-type settlement;
Major repairs of buildings with modernization elements of State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 1" and State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 2";
Modernization of the school stadium and landscaping of the territory.

Housing Construction

A total of 7,130 sq.m. of residential buildings were commissioned, including 5,121 sq.m. commissioned by individual developers.

A 40-apartment residential building was constructed at 71 Uritskogo St. in Beshenkovichi urban-type settlement with a total area of 2,009 sq.m.

Skorpio-Kvetka LLC

A production project "Creation of a workshop for the production of food flavorings" has been implemented. In 2025, an expansion of production activities is planned – the production of non-food flavorings (fragrances).

Lyufther LLC

The investment project "Confectionery Factory" is being implemented.

Implementation Progress:
4.1 million rubles of investments were made (in 2024 – 3.6 million rubles, including equipment purchased for 3 million rubles). Commissioning works have been carried out. In December 2024, the enterprise started its production activities. The enterprise employs 50 people. The project implementation continues in 2025.
