As of July 1, 2026, 138 business entities engaged in trade services for the population are registered in the Trade Register of the Republic of Belarus for the Beshenkovichi District, including 66 legal entities and 72 individual entrepreneurs.

Attention to entities providing household services.
The Department of Economics of the District Executive Committee reminds that to carry out activities for the provision of household services, business entities are obliged to register in the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus".
The grounds for including information in the Register of Household Services are applications from the entity providing household services for inclusion in the Register of Household Services, for making changes and/or additions to the information entered in the Register of Household Services.
Applications are submitted on paper by personal appearance, by mail, or in the form of electronic documents through the unified portal of electronic services of the general state automated information system to the city, district executive committees, local administrations of the districts of Minsk at the place of registration of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur (in case of providing household services without a household service facility) or at the location of the facility (in case of providing household services at a household service facility).A fee is not charged for the inclusion of information in the Register of Household Services, for making changes and/or additions to the information included in the Register of Household Services, for the exclusion of information entered in the Register of Household Services, for issuing a certificate of inclusion in the Register of Household Services.

Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
For the purpose of protecting consumer rights, local executive and administrative bodies shall:
- consider consumer appeals in accordance with the legislation on citizens' and legal entities' appeals;
- organize the explanation of legislation and advise the public on consumer protection issues;
- immediately notify republican state administration bodies (their territorial bodies) in accordance with their competence upon detection of goods (works, services) of inadequate quality, as well as those that are dangerous to the consumer's life, health, heredity, property and the environment;
- issue orders to manufacturers (sellers, suppliers, representatives, contractors, repair organizations) to cease violations of consumer rights;
- upon detection of cases of sale of goods (works, services) to consumers without providing necessary and reliable information, or with expired shelf lives and (or) storage periods, service lives of goods (results of work), or without indicating such periods, if their establishment is mandatory, issue orders to manufacturers (sellers, suppliers, representatives, contractors, repair organizations) to suspend the production and (or) sale of such goods (works, services) to consumers, or to cease the sale of such goods (works, services) to consumers until the committed violations are rectified;
- send materials to bodies authorized to draw up administrative offense reports and (or) initiate criminal cases on the grounds of crimes related to the violation of consumer rights provided for by this Law, upon discovery of information indicating signs of an administrative offense or a crime related to the violation of consumer rights;
- apply to court with a claim for consumer protection;
- perform other functions for consumer protection provided for by law.
