Portfolio of Investment Projects and Proposals
The priority areas of investment activity in the district are grouped into the Investment Portfolio for 2021-2025, which includes 27 investment projects with a total investment volume of 40 million rubles and 3 investment proposals.
Investment Structure:
- Creation of new enterprises and productions – 2 projects (0.8 million rubles)
- Modernization/reconstruction of existing facilities – 6 projects (12.6 million rubles)
- Infrastructure investment projects – 19 projects (26.6 million rubles)
Over 2017-2020, 13 investment projects have already been successfully implemented in the district. For example:
- JLLC "Nativita": reconstruction of production facilities for the placement of an enterprise for the production of the first generic medicines. More than 90 new jobs created.
- LLC "Vitkonprodukt": construction of workshops for raising parent stock and young poultry near Chelnyshki village. More than 30 new jobs created, egg production increased to 19 million pieces per year.
- PUE "LAD-drive": commissioning of a modern recreation center near Krupenino village. 20 new jobs created.
- PUE "TANDIPAK": production of wooden packaging based on unused property. 23 new jobs created.
Development Plans:
- Construction of a convenience store by individual entrepreneur Bazyl V.A. and reconstruction of a store by UE "Trading House" CJSC "Vitebskagroprodukt".
- Attraction of investments by LLC "Terra Nostra" for the construction of a drying complex and warehouse facilities.
- Expansion of production facilities of NPP "Belkotlomash" LLC.
