Procedure for Ordering Firewood by the Population

1. Standing Timber (Self-Harvesting)

The release of standing timber is carried out by structural units (forestries) by issuing a timber felling order. A single order allows for the harvesting of no more than 50 cubic meters of timber.

To obtain an order, a written application must be submitted to the forestry, indicating:

  • The purpose of obtaining the forest fund plot;
  • The citizen's surname, given name, patronymic, and place of residence;
  • The planned volume of timber to be harvested;
  • The period for which the forest fund plot is requested.

Transfer Procedure:

  • After the order is issued, the felling area is transferred to the forest user with a handover certificate.
  • When timber is released by order, the demarcation of the felling area involves marking the trees to be felled with paint.
  • The order also serves as the basis for transporting the harvested timber. Transportation is carried out after the timber has been measured by an authorized official.
⚠️ Important!

If the forest user fails to transport the harvested timber within the established period and does not request an extension, the harvested timber shall be transferred to the leskhoz free of charge.

2. Prepared Firewood (Purchase)

The sale of prepared firewood is carried out by the structural unit of the leskhoz. To purchase firewood, citizens must contact the forestries. To conclude a supply contract, passport data must be provided.
