The traffic police urge citizens to report drunk pedestrians on the road
Have you seen an intoxicated pedestrian or cyclist on the road? Report it to the police!
From February 12 to 14, the State Automobile Inspectorate will conduct preventive measures to ensure the safety of vulnerable road users.
During the campaign, raid activities are planned to address the most accident-prone sections of roads and pedestrian crossings. Cyclists and pedestrians who violate traffic rules will be held accountable.
In addition, State Automobile Inspectorate officers will monitor drivers' compliance with speed limits and rules for passing intersections.
"In case intoxicated pedestrians and cyclists are detected on the road, please report their coordinates by calling 102 for their timely removal from the roadway," Alexander Kazak, Senior Inspector of the traffic police department of the Beshenkovichi District Department of Internal Affairs, addresses the residents of the district.
