Shvartsman Street: No repairs yet, but the issue is not closed

One of the first to contact the head of the district was a resident of Beshenkovichi, concerned about the condition of Shvartsman Street. The woman was interested in whether a new asphalt surface would appear on the section of the road from Volodarskogo Street to Uritskogo Street.
Galina Unukovich explained that currently, there are no plans for major repairs of this road. However, the issue is not being removed from the agenda. Moreover, to develop a specific action plan, the situation will be assessed directly on-site with the participation of the relevant services.

Dacha Season Highlighted Pain Points: Likhoshino Under Control

A number of problematic issues were raised by a resident of the Minsk region who has a dacha in the village of Likhoshino, Sorzhitsky village council. The issues concerned the quality of road repairs in the settlement and the improvement of the lake shore.

Regarding road works, according to the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, an additional inspection will be organized in the near future, the results of which will clarify what measures need to be taken to eliminate any repair deficiencies, if they exist.

Discussing the issue of tidying up the coastal strip, Galina Unukovich noted that currently there are two official beaches for swimming in the district, where bottom cleaning has been carried out, sand has been delivered, lifeguards are on duty, and water samples are taken for research.

"It is not possible to equip swimming areas on every lake or river. This involves colossal financial and administrative costs," emphasized the chairman of the district executive committee, adding that there are tens of kilometers of beautiful shores in Beshenkovichi district where residents like to relax, so why shouldn't people tidy up the shore themselves, which they consider their own. The district authorities, for their part, are ready to support such initiatives.

At the same time, the issue of safety remains relevant - swimming in unequipped areas poses a direct threat to life. The head of the district urged people to relax in a civilized manner and not to risk their lives.

Garages on Stroiteli Street: legalization without violations

Another topic raised during the "direct line" was the legalization of garages on Stroiteli Street in the urban settlement. People want to formalize their buildings according to the law, but have encountered some difficulties.
Galina Unukovich assured that garage owners will be assisted in resolving the issue within the framework of current legislation.

Yards on Chernyakhovsky Street: landscaping will be done

Residents of apartment buildings on Chernyakhovsky Street in the district center, which recently underwent major repairs, were interested in whether landscaping of their yards is planned.
"Landscaping of adjacent territories will be carried out," replied the head of the district. "Currently, the necessary documentation is being prepared. The services are determining the specific type of work, as there are contentious issues regarding the number of parking spaces and storm water drainage."
