Hotline on the issue of involving land occupied by woody and shrub vegetation (plantations) into economic circulation and determining their use directions

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection has launched a hotline on the issue of involving land occupied by woody and shrub vegetation (plantations) into economic circulation and determining the directions of their use*.

Every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00, you can get consultations on the existing regulatory legal framework governing the procedure for removing objects of flora growing on lands with woody and shrub vegetation (plantations) of agricultural land, within the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal strips, for their subsequent involvement in economic circulation, as well as on the procedure for declaring specially protected natural areas, and other issues within the competence of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, by calling city numbers 8 (017) 200 62 61 and 200 53 34.

The request** must contain the following information:

surname, given name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the citizen / name and (or) address of the organization or position and (or) surname, given name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the person to whom the appeal is addressed;

residential address (place of stay) / full name of the legal entity and its location;

e-mail address for sending the response;

statement of the essence of the appeal.

* Please note that the final decision on the involvement in economic circulation of lands occupied by woody and shrubby vegetation (plantations) and the determination of their use directions is made by the relevant commission established within each local executive and administrative body (basic level).
