State Industrial Supervision informs!

In the event of an accident or incident at a hazardous production facility and (or) a potentially hazardous facility owned by it, the subject of industrial safety shall send information about the occurrence of the accident or incident in accordance with Part One of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Industrial Safety" within 2 hours from the moment of the accident or incident (Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus dated 06.07.2016 No. 33, as amended by the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus dated 18.08.2021 No. 55).

An accident is the destruction of hazardous production facilities and (or) potentially hazardous facilities, including those operated at a hazardous production facility, uncontrolled explosion and (or) release of hazardous substances.

An incident isInformation on the occurrence of an accident or incident shall be sent to the State Industrial Supervision Service in the form of an operational report on the accident or incident by fax or e-mail.
