Schedule of personal reception of citizens by the leadership of Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee

Reception of citizens, their representatives, representatives of legal entities in the District Executive Committee is carried out in accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 498 of October 15, 2007 "On additional measures for working with appeals from citizens and legal entities".

When making an oral appeal, the said persons must present an identity document. Representatives of applicants must also present documents confirming their authority.

Preliminary appointments for personal reception are made in the sector for working with appeals from citizens and legal entities by phone: 6-40-73.

Refusal of personal reception or appointment for personal reception may occur in the following cases:

• appeals on issues not within the competence of these organizations;
• appeals on unscheduled days and hours;
• when the applicant has already received an exhaustive answer to their questions during a personal reception;
• when correspondence with the applicant on the issues stated in the appeal has been terminated.

In the temporary absence of the chairman on the day of personal reception, the first deputy chairman of the District Executive Committee conducts the personal reception.

If the day of personal reception falls on a public holiday or a holiday declared non-working by the President of the Republic of Belarus, the day of personal reception is postponed to the next working day. In case of changes to the agreed personal reception schedule, citizens are notified through the media, and information is also posted in the foyer of the District Executive Committee.
