State Registration and Liquidation (Termination of Activities)
of Business Entities

State registration of business entities is carried out at the location of the legal entity and at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur.State registration of business entities in Beshenkovichi District, with the exception of commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations, is carried out by the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee on an application basis on the day of submission of the necessary documents.
State registration of commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations is carried out by the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

In connection with the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 22, 2024, No. 365-Z "On Amendments to Laws on Entrepreneurial Activity," starting from October 1, 2024, state registration of an individual entrepreneur will not be carried out if the application for state registration specifies a type of activity not included in the list of types of activities permitted for individual entrepreneurs, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2024, No. 457.
Individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs before October 1, 2024, have the right to continue carrying out types of activities not included in the specified list until December 31, 2025, or to establish a commercial organization and terminate their individual entrepreneurial activity.

Electronic state registration of business entities is possible through the use of the web portal of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.
State registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee is carried out by the sector for working with appeals from citizens and legal entities at the address: Beshenkovichi, Chuklaya St., 13, office 18 (1st floor).
