Safety Fair for Residents of Rzhavka Agro-town

On a frosty March day, the residents of the agro-town of Rzhavka were united by the "Safety Fair." As part of the second stage of the republican campaign "Safety Day. Attention everyone!", rescuers organized a real safety festival for rural residents on the central square of the settlement.
Thematic platforms, organized by employees of the central district library, the district House of Crafts, employees of the district department for emergency situations, the district State Automobile Inspectorate department, and the Beshenkovichi district gas supply, covered the entire spectrum of safety for fair guests. Quizzes and contests, numerous gifts and surprises – residents actively and joyfully learned the rules of life safety, looked for "exits" from simulated emergency and other situations, and "called" emergency services.
The residents of the agro-town paid special attention to the representatives of the Belarusian Voluntary Fire Society, as they could not only test their knowledge in the field of safety but also purchase autonomous fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
Guests of the festival were awaited by an exhibition of gas service equipment, a demonstration of special means, weapons, and vehicles used for law enforcement. Rescuers organized an interactive platform where one could learn about the main causes of fires and fire safety rules that must be observed in everyday life, and also organized a show of rescue equipment and technology.
