Before the season started, specialists took water samples to test for microbiological indicators, which allows assessing its safety regarding waterborne infections, as well as for sanitary and chemical indicators. Currently, water samples from "Chistiye Prudy" and Lake Beloye fully comply with the requirements of hygienic standards. Similar results were obtained when examining sand from the mentioned beaches – nitrate content and acidity levels are within the normal range.

?— Will the control be limited to this one-time check, or will specialists continue monitoring throughout the summer?

— The control will be systematic. Throughout the entire swimming season, from May to August, we will conduct weekly laboratory tests of water in these recreational areas for microbiological indicators. If the slightest deviation from the norm occurs, the public will be immediately informed about any restrictions.

?— Ksenia Olegovna, what would you advise residents of the district who are already planning their leisure time by the water?

— My main advice is to choose only official beaches where constant laboratory control and timely sanitary cleaning of the territory are guaranteed. Unofficial swimming spots pose hidden health risks that vacationers may not even suspect. Take care of yourself and your loved ones!
