For the attention of payers of mandatory insurance contributions and employees of organizations

    The Vitebsk Regional Department of the Social Protection Fund of the Population informs that as of January 1, 2020, 309 employers in the region had overdue debt on payments to the fund's budget, totaling 13,553,058.86 rubles.

     Non-payment of contributions violates citizens' right to pension provision. In accordance with Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 N 1596-XII "On Pension Provision", periods for which contributions have not been paid are not included in the length of service for the appointment of a pension to a specific employee.
