How to apply to the Mogilev Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs…
Two specialized lyceums of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been established in our country. One of them is located in Minsk, and from September 2024, the Mogilev Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will open its doors.
Features of our education
A special regime of the educational institution, determined taking into account the age and psychological characteristics of adolescents, combining elements of military discipline and student self-government;
priority of moral education and the creation of an educational environment saturated with universal, national and patriotic values, traditions and rituals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
combination of general education subjects and programs of military-patriotic, physical culture and sports, and socio-humanitarian profiles in the system of elective classes and initial vocational training;
constant pedagogical support of students by class teachers, certified employees (officers of the course level), and assistance and support to students by specialists of the psychological and socio-pedagogical support department of the lyceum.
Lyceum Admission Procedure
Admission (enrollment) is carried out for grades 7, 8, 9, and 10 for full-time education.
Applicants wishing to participate in the competition for admission to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Lyceum must submit the following documents by May 1 to the territorial internal affairs body at their place of residence or stay:
an application to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Lyceum in the prescribed form;
a birth certificate or identity document;
an academic transcript of annual grades from the class register for the last year of study and upbringing with the calculated average score (rounded to the tenths place), signed by the head of the educational institution;
a certificate of general basic education (for applicants wishing to participate in the competition for admission to grade 10);
a character reference from the place of study;
4 photographs of size 3x4 cm (without headwear).
Entrance examinations and medical examination are conducted from June 20 to June 30.
Applicants take two written entrance examinations in the subjects "Mathematics" and "Russian Language" or "Belarusian Language" (at the applicant's choice).
The results of the entrance examinations are announced on the day of theirmaterial and sports facilities, extensive use of information technologies in the educational process;
study of the subjects "Social Studies", "Russian/Belarusian Language and Literature", "Pre-conscription Training" at an advanced level, with the seventh grade studying the special discipline "Initial Vocational Training";
a wide range of elective classes and interest groups, as well as various sports clubs;
early professionalization of students through interaction with internal troops and law enforcement agencies, which allows them to define their life plans and prepare for their implementation.
