How to properly account for emissions?

Requirements for accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection are established by Chapter 3 of the Environmental Norms and Rules EcoNIP 17.08.06-001-2022 "Environmental Protection and Nature Management. Atmospheric Air (including the Ozone Layer). Environmental Safety Requirements in the Field of Atmospheric Air Protection", approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated 29.12.2022 N 32-T.

Violation of the accounting procedure, as well as its absence, entails administrative liability under Article 16.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus in the form of a fine of up to twenty basic units for individuals, up to fifty basic units for individual entrepreneurs, and up to one hundred basic units for legal entities.
