In the first days of the spring holidays, students from the schools of the district center visited fire and rescue station No. 1 of the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi. Rescuers enthusiastically introduced the young guests to the work of the unit, whose personnel are ready to help every day. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations spoke about the fire trucks in service, their design and equipment, explained how incident reports are received, and described the daily routine.

Schoolchildren with interest examined modern equipment, learned about the purpose of each piece of gear and the capabilities of powerful machinery. A special delight was the opportunity to sit behind the wheel of a fire truck, try on combat clothing and equipment, feeling like real heroes.

There were also important reminders about safety rules, relevant both at school and at home. Anastasia Karpeko, a specialist from the propaganda and public relations sector, spoke about the risks of the spring period. Together with the schoolchildren, they recalled the emergency service numbers "101" and "112", practiced how to correctly report an incident to the dispatcher: state the address, describe what happened, and answer clarifying questions. They also discussed when fire is a friend and when it is an enemy, and worked through the "5 Steps to Safety" algorithm – a clear sequence of actions in case of a fire.

At the end of the meeting, the participants were presented with visual materials and memorable souvenirs on the theme of safety.
