In the Minsk and Vitebsk regions, the State Security Committee has been conducting exercises since January 5 to test the readiness of government bodies to respond to and interact in cases of terrorist acts. BELTA was informed about this by the KGB.
Units of the State Security Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Border Committee, the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and other government bodies are involved in the activities.
According to the exercise scenario, military equipment is planned to be used.
