The competition consists of two stages, the first from May 1 to October 1, 2026, and the second in October – November of the current year.

Contestants (individuals aged 10 to 25) or creative teams must prepare thematic social advertising in the nominations "Best Drawing," "Best Poster," and "Best Video Clip," reflecting modern state mechanisms for combating corruption in all spheres of life.
