In total, three people have sought assistance in resolving their problems from the people's representative this year: two from the Lepel district and one from the Beshenkovichi district. The appeal of a resident of the Ostrovenskoye village council regarding the need for road grading has been satisfied.

"The number of citizen appeals is decreasing," says Igor Kuznetsov. "This is an important indicator of the effective and systematic work of local authorities with the population, indicating that measures to resolve the problems raised by people are taken promptly, without empty promises. People's awareness is also growing through other effective channels."
