Nevertheless, Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that the head of the Dzerzhinsky agro-combine will definitely be able to provide organizational assistance in the development of production: "Maybe you won't invest money there. But organizationally, I am sure, you will make the Orsha district and the adjacent Tolochinsky district work as they should. Maybe there is no need to destroy this integration structure. What's wrong with that? A meat processing plant, and enterprises around it. Yes, they are weak - these enterprises. Well, you need to make them work and be strong."

"I want you to take a closer look too. Somewhere, perhaps in the west of the Vitebsk region, take some integration structure under control. You will cope there faster, having experience," the President noted.

Alexander Lukashenko gave an example of a similar approach in expanding raw material zones for other companies operating in the agro-industrial complex: "We have a couple of good, smart ones. Sasha Moshensky and Zhenya Baskin. In the Vitebsk region, we told them: 'If you want, here is a raw material zone, an integration structure, as we called them. Take it, show us. If you take some steps, we will help'."

The President also inquired how much land is currently within the Dzerzhinsky structure. The head of the agro-combine reported that it is 130 thousand hectares.

"We probably don't even have a district like that in the country. And you have so much land and production," the head of state remarked.

Alexander Lukashenko, considering the structure of the agro-combine, where poultry farming occupies a significant share, emphasized the importance of providing feed.

"Therefore, we are gradually acquiring land, increasing revenue and profit. With this revenue and profit, we are acquiring these enterprises. In February, the Slutsk Meat Processing Plant will join us, and we will assume its debts. And we will service and repay them using our profits," the head of the agro-industrial complex explained.

"Make sure that when you take over the Slutsk Meat Processing Plant (yes, you will process your own volumes), its raw material zone does not become redundant. You will need it to keep the plant busy," the head of state advised.
