Countering terrorism, strengthening border security, and combating transnational crime have become components of national security for each of the CIS states. This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State in a narrow format, according to a BELTA correspondent.
According to the President, the extensive agenda of the meeting is direct confirmation that modern threats concern everyone.
