President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the law "On Amendments to Laws on Individual Entrepreneurship." The document amends 26 laws in various areas of legal relations, including three codes. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The circle of individuals to whom the regulatory provisions are addressed is specified: either all citizens, or only persons not engaged in entrepreneurial activities, or only citizen entrepreneurs.

Mentions of individual entrepreneurs are excluded from norms regulating types of activities not included in the relevant list determined by Resolution No. 457 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2025.

Preferences previously provided for microenterprises will apply to organizations with up to 50 employees.

In addition, to ensure the systematic and comprehensive nature of legal regulation, a number of amendments not related to the transformation of entrepreneurial activities were included in the law.
