A large-scale safety training took place in the Beshenkovichi district

Today, a series of events aimed at preventing fires and deaths caused by them was held in the Verkhnekrivinsky rural council of the Beshenkovichi district. More than twenty rescuers from the institution "Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations", as well as the Belarusian Voluntary Fire Society, directed all their knowledge and skills to help people.
The largest settlement in this rural council is the agro-town of Rzhavka. It has a basic school, a kindergarten, and a retail outlet. In the local store "Rody kut", an event in the format of a "Safety Post" was held for visitors and employees, where rescuers spoke about fire safety measures, demonstrated how to use a fire extinguisher, and what dangers may await in households.
A "Safety Lesson" was conducted with children at the school, thanks to which the children not only became convinced of the need for strict adherence to safety rules, but also found out that certain safety aspects are present in every sphere of our lives. Students asked many questions and actively participated in the discussion.
At the kindergarten, rescuers conducted an engaging activity where children learned how to properly call for help in case of an emergency and how to behave in case of a fire. The children gladly participated in games and role-playing situations that helped them remember important safety rules.
At the same time, officers were dispatched to the settlements of the rural council and conducted instructional and explanatory
work in residential properties of citizens.
The events held by the rescuers received positive feedback from both children and adults. All participants noted that such events help them to be more aware and prepared for action in case of emergencies.
